POLL:
Is it better to.....
deal with a cranky, whiny, mischievous 3 year old for 3-4 hours in the late afternoon, leading to sleep from 8-8
OR
have 3 year old take a nap and then only sleep from 10-6
I am having issues uploading pictures (my internet connection sucks sometimes) so my summer post will have to wait until I have more time. So frustrating...

I'm always up for more night-time sleep...but could he take shorter naps? The crankiness does eventually go away, especially if you still schedule in some quiet time in the afternoon...books or a video.
We skip nap and put Rhylan to bed @7:00 I love the extra hrs at night. But there are times when I miss nap time. We have 1 hr quiet time. She has to stay on the couch and read or sleep. she has never chosen to sleep, but she thinks she is getting a good deal to read instead. While i sometimes take a nap on the love seat:) Sometimes I have to set a timer, it is like magic. We always do quiet time during the other baby's nap.
Hard decision! Sometimes I have to debate that with my almost 2 year old. And I just switch every other time.
I say put him to bed early. I'm all about that!!
