when you leave a place where you have lived for your whole life
you often find that you take things for granted
we decided that we needed to try some new things during this trip
including the following:
Most of the guys got a chance to go golfing together. Kyle hasn't been for a few years and forgot how much he likes it... crap...
Our good friends, Brian and Robyn just opened a store in Highland, called Get Fit. We are jealous... and the store looks pretty awesome. Click on the logo to check out their webpage, still under construction, but with directions:

new GLUTEN FREE chex
Quite possible my new favorite game, thanks to Becky and Danny, TRIPOLEY:
We tried Barbacoa, pretty good, plus I love the BIG gluten free message they have on their menus:
Kyle, Stake, and Andrew massacred zombies in several games of Call of Duty:

We forced Kyle into playing many card games such as an all time favorite Phase Ten where he prompty got several rounds ahead of me:

How could be forget (and have never gone before) to the lover-ly NORDSTROM RACK??? I got a sweet pair of Lucky Jeans for 30 bucks, a new shirt for Deak for 4, and a super nice dress shirt for Kyle for 15... I think we might be able to live here. You know, like on Saved By The Bell where they sleep over at the mall. We just might have to try that next trip down:

Welcome back.
How dioes Barbacoa stack up against our fav Chipotle?
Chipotle still has our heart... although we didn't get a chance to eat there...
All those games look fun. The best comment was sleeping over like in Saved By the Bell. So awesome! Glad you had such a goood time!!
