So... YOU think you can dance?

My seester... DEBBIE and her hubby CHRISTIAN... took a weekend trip to SEATTLE a few months back to try-out for SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE!!! Watch for them tonight! Love you guys! Good luck! I hope we get to see your awesome faces!!!!

Funny Stuff...

August 2010:
Deakon always uses the work, "neckle" for different body parts. Sometimes its part of his leg, or his armpit, or his hand. It changes every time to ask him what a "neckle" is.

We told Deakon that he only allowed to talk potty talk in the bathroom. After using the bathroom today, he started to leave, only to turn back around and start yelling "pee, poop, etc" while doing a silly dance. After he was done, he walked out, closed the door, and calmly started playing with his toys.

July 2010:

D: Thank you mom! You are a pretty princess

April 2010:

D: When I get bigger I want to be a deer

Me: Oh ya, why?

D: So I can poop on the grass

.............................

3 year old+box full of packing peanuts+mom upstairs doing laundry=one big mess

Me: WHAT ARE YOU DOING???

D: I need these marshmallows to do camping

February 2010:

Me: Are we going swimming? What am I going to wear?

Ky: A tent?

D: That's my job.

Me: What's your job?

D: It's my job to do what I want

I molded Deak's plastic bat back into shape after stepping on it.

D: "That looks AMAZING!"

D: After rubbing lotion on his hands, "Ooo, perfect"

January 2010:

D: Thanks. You're my best mommy!

Me: (calling from laundry room upstairs) Deakon, what are you doing?

D: *Silence* I'm doing nothing. Don't come down!

December 2009:

D: (franticly) Mom, put this bowl in the sink for me!

Me: Why?

D: It's messing around with me. It keeps falling over!

During a recent talk about giving gifts at Christmas:

D: What are you giving me? Money and hot dogs?

November 2009:

Me: Guess what we are doing tonight? Going to get a Christmas Tree!

D: No. It don't fit in the car. It too big.

We were watching some cartoons on TV and I noticed that Deakon was sucking him thumb so I tried to move his hand. His response:

D: No mommy, I am sucking my fum and tickling my night-night (rubbing the batting between his fingers)

Me: We don't say that word. It is a naughty word.

D: It make you sick?

D: I like to move it, move it. I like to move it, move it. That madagar Mom.

Me: What is that smell?

D: Daddy farted.

Me: No he didn't, Dad is at work

D: Ya

Me: Deakon, why are you wearing my shirt?

D: This not your shirt, this my new spiderman costume
