I hope you have enjoyed checking out our new Jeep!!! We absolutely love it, in all of it's olive green glory. Now, maybe some of you are wondering why getting a new car is a good excuse for not blogging. I will tell you right now: If you move to a different country, DON'T take your current vehicle if it isn't paid off and DON'T think getting insurance for a new car in the new country is easy. Man, I have literally spent hours on the phone the last few weeks talking to our US bank, old insurance companies, my mom, new insurance companies, car transporting companies, the DMV, my mom, Canadian banks, Fedex, oh... and my mom. Did I mention my mom? (thanks mom!) It has been incredibly stressful talking to all of these people in Utah and them not understanding what I need. I swear, it's like nobody knows what Alberta is and don't understand that they do things different here. The good news is that we have a new car and we finally are getting our old car sent down to Utah to be traded in for some mulah.

When we moved back from the US, we took my car with us to Canada.
I thought it was as easy as driving across teh line, but it was a big deal for customs.
It took a couple of weeks to sort it all out and luckiy I have Victoria who was able to handle it for me.
How fun to have a new car. I'm glad the stress is over.
