Yoga asks...

"Yoga asks us to make a choice in our life to forgive, and then to remember that again and again"
I love doing Yoga. It is hard, but really rewarding. Unfortunately, since we moved here I have only done it like 4 times. Sad, I know. This morning I woke up feeling driven. Deakon was sick throwing up yesterday so we hardly did anything. This morning we did laundry, cleaned up, went to the store, and made Kyle lunch. I promised myself right off that I WOULD do Yoga today- no excuses. As soon as Deakon went to bed and Kyle went back to work, I started clearing off a space. The last week or so Ron and Doreen have been making lots of changes to the house (painting, new light fixtures, and fixing the in-floor heating) so there have been a lot of different people going in and out. Oh course, I start doing Yoga and the plumbers show up. Perfect excuse right? Wrong! I will have you know that I continued to do all of my downward dogs, swan bows, and pidgeon something or other with one guy going up and down and up and down the stairs probably wondering what would provoke me to try and move my body in ways that nobody should ever do. So, at the end of my awkward journey the above quote appeared and it made me laugh- I guess I will have to forgive myself for forcing myself into such a distressing 30 minutes...

You do yoga!? I've been wanting to know someone who does because I totally want to try it out. :) Do you have a video you follow or what?
