I touched raw meat.... ON PURPOSE!

I am working (slowly but surely) on becoming a REALLY good stay at home mom. You know the kind that wakes up early, runs 5 miles, takes a shower, puts her make up on, spends at least 30+ minutes on her hair, makes breakfast for the family, gets everyone up happily, gets everyone dressed happily, makes her husband lunch, kisses him goodbye, runs every kind of errand you could possibly do (which wouldn't be a lot because she does it everyday), kisses and hugs her kids, teaches them how to be extra smart and nice, bakes something super fantastic during the day, does 300 crunches and squats during nap time, greets her husband at the door, already has something planned and started for dinner, does dishes ASAP, throws in some laundry, puts everyone to bed, and then has like 10 minutes of her own time before falling asleep in freshly changed bed sheets....

YA RIGHT!!!!! Ha, ha , ha
Ok, so that isn't me at all. I wouldn't actually be up for all that anyway. I am just really happy that Deakon is still alive and Kyle still comes home every night before I close my eyes. But, on the serious side- I am trying to become a better cook because I want to for myself. So, hang in with me as I share my crazy wicked dinner "trys". Below is a picture of my 1st attempt at homemade meatballs. They were pretty darn good- Kyle even said so! If anyone has some dinner favorites feel free to pass them on so I can post more creations!

Angi! You are so funny! I read your blog all the time and miss you! I have a good dinner idea for you. But, when we were growing up, you were kind of a picky eater, so I'm not sure if you guys would like it or not.

Put some cream cheese and cream of chicken soup into a pan and cook. You can add milk if it is too thick. Cook chicken, shred, and add to cream cheese mixture. Then put on top of croissants and eat.

Mark and I love this and it's super easy and fast. Miss ya!
